Whew!  It's been a somewhat lengthy process for me to get up more than 40,000 recipes onto this website, but now that it's done I'm quite pleased with the result.  I wish that I had photos for all of the recipes, but well hey, I have to start somewhere I suppose.  Today I included a comments system so that people dropping by this site can add their say to my posts :-)  Please do! 

Cooked some yummy honey and soy chicken kebabs on the BBQ last night for dinner.  I also cooked up some brown rice to put them on, some steamed vegetables on the side, and fruit salad for dessert.  Very nice!  Now what's in the freezer for tonight?.....
