			<title>Salmon Recipe</title>
			<link>http://bbqday.com/content/view/27/</link>
<description>We all know that oily fish are good for us, full of omega 3 and all that, but I'm guessing that a lot of us don't particularly like the taste of cuts such as salmon and tuna, they are just a bit too fishy tasting for many of us. I confess, I'm in the 'I know I should eat it but I don't really like the taste of fish' camp! So I've decided it's about time I figured out a way around my dilemma. I cooked up some Salmon Steaks (http://bbqday.com/component/option,com_ricettario/func,detail/Itemid,26/id,43694/) last night and they were delicious - I marinated them in a combination of citrus flavours, with some coriander, mint, and a hint of chilli. NO fat or oil...

			<title>Chicken and Mushroom Pasta!</title>
			<link>http://bbqday.com/content/view/26/</link>
<description>It's been a bit cool here in Brisbane at nights lately - no surprise there, it is winter after all :-) Anyway, I had some cooked chicken and some mushrooms in the fridge last night, so I whipped up a delicious Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta. <title>Entertaining Friends with BBQ Chicken Parcels</title>
			<link>http://bbqday.com/content/view/24/</link>
<description>I have invited some friends around for a BBQ tomorrow afternoon, and I've been sitting here wondering what I'm going to cook. I think I'll make this delicious chicken recipe - I've made it before for guests and it was a HUGE hit!

When I first read the recipe I thought, hmmmm... I don't know about cooking chicken breasts on the BBQ without turning the breasts, trust me though, it works. All the steam gets kept inside the aluminium foil and the chicken cooks beautifully. I usually cook with thigh fillets on the BBQ because I find them to be juicier than breast fillets, but for this recipe - go for the skinless chicken breast fillets; Sensational! If the fillets are huge, then buy half the number of fillets. BBQ

			<title>Pasta for Dinner!</title>
			<link>http://bbqday.com/content/view/23/</link>
<description>I gave the BBQ bit of a break last night, but to be honest I didn&amp;#39;t really feel like cooking at all because I was tired. OF course, the family couldn&amp;#39;t really care less how I feel - three kids need feeding. I&amp;#39;d picked up a cooked chook earlier in the day, but one cooked chicken isn&amp;#39;t enough to feed this crew so I thought I&amp;#39;d make some pasta. I found a tub of thickened cream, and a packet of bacon in the fridge, so I added a couple of other things and voila - Kath&amp;#39;s creamy chicken and bacon pasta was born. (http://bbqday.com/component/option,com_ricettario/func,detail/Itemid,26/id,43691/) Tasted great and the family all enjoyed it, except girl child who is weird with her eating. (she sat down to some of the chicken I&amp;#39;d set aside for her, and some of the cooked penne pasta shells I&amp;#39;d also set aside before putting the rest into the pasta dish. bleh!) Here&amp;#39;s the recipe for my Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta (http://bbqday.com/component/option,com_ricettario/func,detail/Itemid,26/id,43691/) </description>
