Delicious and easy oven roasted tomatoes that you and your family with love.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 deg celcius. Halve the tomatoes and place them on an oven tray. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle the tomatoes liberally with salt and pepper. Bake until the tomatoes have collapsed slightly.
Notes
These are just wonderful! If you have very small tomatoes you can leave them whole. I like to cut them as I tend to think it allows the salt and pepper to penetrate the tomato more so than it would if you didn't. Great as a side dish to my
Salmon Steaks
