DescriptionDescription  A deliciously tasty salmon steak recipe. Ideal for those who like tangy citrus flavours more so than fishy flavoured food.
InstructionsInstructions  In a container large enough to hold your salmon steaks juice the oranges, lemons, and limes. Chop the coriander and mint and add to the juices. Add the minced chilli and a few shakes of salt and pepper to taste. Stir Place the salmon steaks into the mixture and submerge. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 180 deg Celcius. Line a baking tray with some aluminium foil and then some baking paper. Place the salmon fillets onto the tray and spoon some of the marinade over the top of them. Place salmon in the oven for approximately 6 mins. Spoon over some more of the marinade and put back into the oven for a further 4 mins or until cooked. Serve immediately.
NotesNotes  You can substitute the minced chilli with a small fresh red one that you deseed and slice very thinly. To submerge the salmon steaks in the juice, just place a dinner plate (top side down) over the top of the fillets and push down until the steaks are submerged :-) Don't overcook the salmon steaks or they won't be as tender and juicy.
