  • 500g Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion - quartered
  • 6 Shallots - sliced thinly
  • 8-12 Mushrooms
  • 375g Cream
  • 2tsp Cornflour

DescriptionDescription  Quick and easy creamy chicken and mushroom pasta dish - perfect for the whole family, especially during the busy working week.
InstructionsInstructions  In a large saucepan cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet. Drain. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan and fry the onions and the mushrooms in the olive oil until slightly transparent. Mix the cornflour with a small amount of the cream. Add the pesto sauce, remaining cream, and the cornflour mixture to the pan. Stir to combine. Once thickened, reduce the heat and add the chicken. Simmer until the chicken is heated through. Combine the pasta with the chicken and mushroom mixture. Serve immediately.
