    2 tb Cheddar cheese; grated

    1/4 c Penut butter;

    1/4 c Raisins;

    2 tb Milk powder;

    --------------------------------5TH SANDWICH-------------------------------- 2 tb Peanut butter;

    1/2 Banana; mashed

    2 tb Non-fat milk powder;

    1/2 ts Vanilla;

    1/4 c Alfalfa sprouts;

    1 tb Sesame seeds;

    8 To 10 slices cumumber;
